Shipping Information

• Delivery Time: Standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. Expedited shipping may be available at checkout.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
• Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
• Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances, but we will help you resolve issues quickly.

Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 60 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
• A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
• Non-returnable items: Gift cards, final sale items, personalized/custom products, and worn/used items cannot be returned.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once returns are inspected and approved.
• Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after we receive your item.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

For exchanges, please return the item and place a new order. This ensures faster processing and product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong product, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and issue a replacement or refund.
