At Bazzarpet, your satisfaction matters. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, our return and refund policy gives you up to 60 days to return eligible items. Please read the details below to understand how returns, refunds, and exchanges work.

Eligibility for Returns

You may return most new, unused items within 60 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided that:

The item is in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included.
A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.

Non-returnable items: Gift cards, final sale items, personalized/customized products, and used items are not eligible for return or refund.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy requirements (e.g., used or damaged items not caused by us).
